JinxTransformer Terms of Service

2. No Chargebacks
Users are expressly prohibited from initiating chargebacks against any transactions related to the purchase of JinxTransformer. Chargebacks will result in immediate exclusion from the possibility of a refund, and legal action may be pursued to recover any incurred losses.
3. Unauthorized Activities
Users shall not engage in, attempt, or facilitate any of the following unauthorized activities:
a. Leaking, cracking, debugging, or reverse engineering JinxTransformer or any associated software.
b. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of JinxTransformer.
c. Sharing or distributing any information related to JinxTransformer without explicit written consent.
Engaging in any unauthorized activities will result in the forfeiture of the refund option, and legal action may be pursued to address any damages incurred.
4. qProtect Requirement
Users must have a valid and up-to-date copy of qProtect, our proprietary security software, installed while using JinxTransformer. Failure to comply with this requirement excludes the user from the possibility of a refund, but access to JinxTransformer will not be suspended. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with the qProtect requirement before making a purchase.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds will not be issued for purchases made without a valid copy of qProtect or for any other violations of these Terms. Users are responsible for staying informed about updates by regularly checking our official Discord channel for notifications regarding changes to the Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to JinxTransformer immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.
